Research

I record the mechanisms through which the 21st-century human being loses clarity, inner support, and contact with reality.

This is not a system of help. No one is healed here, led here, or promised a way out.

The central question: where does interpretation end, and where does reality begin?

What a person does with what has been seen remains that person’s own matter.

What is being researched

Not a separate anxiety and not a separate dependency, but the whole mechanism: how a person loses inner support, begins to take reaction for event, lives inside other people’s scripts, and functions where presence should have been.

Information noise, the power of language and interpretation, the digital environment as a substitute for living perception, fear of the future, loss of meaning, and existential burnout — these are not a list of symptoms. They are a map of the territory.

How it is done

I write novels as research instruments. Short texts and videos act as fast sensors.

Books, essays, videos, publications, comments, and visual images are different forms of one research. Social networks are its field part: a thought meets living reaction, resistance, irritation, gratitude, and sudden recognition.

Method

The method of this work is observation. Not an external system, not an academic procedure, and not a set of ready-made theses, but attentive tracking of how thoughts, reactions, fears, interpretations, and attempts to explain what is happening arise within consciousness.

Reflection here is not abstract philosophy. It is a way to hold what has been seen long enough to distinguish where the event is, where the reaction is, where memory is, where interpretation is, and where a human-made reality has already begun.

Not everything that is observed becomes text. Part of it remains inner work. Part of it eventually becomes a formula, a mini-essay, a fragment, a video, or a novel. Publications are not the whole process, but only its visible part.

I do not explain ideas — I create forms through which a person sees their action within themselves. This is a fundamental difference.

A philosophical text describes a mechanism. A novel allows it to be lived from within. A short post or video strikes precisely at the moment when the mechanism is already working — and the person notices it.

I do not offer salvation from outside. Mechanisms are recorded here. What a person does with what has been seen remains their own responsibility.
